Recent projects:

  • For one of the world’s largest cosmetics companies Bob ran multiple tracks of supply chain initiatives including DC Design; business case development and sign-off; WMS evaluation & selection; Host Integration Design; PMO Infrastructure.
  • For a $15B retailer: Bob ran the program management office (PMO) for multiple projects including requirements definition, evaluation & selection of software, conference room pilot for a new corporate WMS package, Labor Management software, host integration, client training programs.

  • For a large B to C fulfillment operation Bob ran a fast track (8 months) DC retrofit project including upgraded controls, WMS interfaces to ‘middleware’, major MHE expansion and new picking strategies.

  • For a major retail / consumer direct operation: he participated in the evaluation and implementation planning of a major IT infrastructure upgrade that included Order Management, Inventory Management, Merchandising, Finance, WMS, data warehousing and other custom support applications.

  • For a $1.2B mail order & consumer direct organization: they retained Bob for his direction of a project team supporting a major technology upgrade, including Inventory Management, WMS and MHE / Controls retrofits

  • For a $1B wholesale grocery distributor: he acted as project manager for sub-projects in a multi-million dollar systems integration initiative designed to help achieve world class supply chain integration including OE/OM, IM and WMS implementations
