  • Led design of Super Combo* store replenishment service to reduce delivery transportation expense 14% and lift store sales 10% to 20% due to improved freshness and shelf fill
    (* frequent delivery mixed temperature transportation route plan)

  • Led re-engineering of a 1.2 million square foot DC to lift productivity 18% and increase effective capacity by 30% without adding new brick & mortar

  • Trained internal client team in optimization of inventory arrangement/slotting and also in development of camcorder based productivity expectations for all major DC handling activities. Project was part of preparation to assure the targeted benefits of a planned WMS rollout. Average productivity improvement for 7 regional DCs was 28%.
