Project Accomplishments:
- Developed future distribution concept for a major office supplies retailer including inventory rationalization and DC layouts.
- Design of storage and material handling systems for a green field 750,000 sq. ft. distribution center. Project included facility layout, vendor selection, and move planning and logistics
- Developed the To-Be processes in a WMS environment for a manufacturer of gaming devices and managed the implementation of Manhattan’s transportation module.
- Managed the implementation of a WMS for an industrial aftermarket client. System was implemented under-budget and in under 5 months from kick-off to go-live.
- Developed material handling and process flow solutions for a green field 280,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility for a manufacturer of drill bits for downhole oilfield applications. Project included CAD layouts and sizing on the new facility.
- Design of a green field manufacturing facility for a manufacturer of portable steel barges. Project involved developing unique material handling solutions for the movement of large steel components, CAD layouts and sizing of the production and staging areas.
