Alliance Beverage Distributing Company is a $150 M Beverage Distributor, based in Phoenix, Arizona. It operates 2 Distribution Centers, totaling 200,000 sq ft and is responsible for the warehousing and delivery of roughly 60% of the alcoholic beverages distributed within the state of Arizona.

Business Problem

• Recent merger of two distributors.
• Construction of a new 250,000 sq ft facility with automated material handling systems.
• Merging/moving two operations and the related staffs in the span of 6 weeks.
• Installing integrated Warehouse Management (WMS) and material handling systems.

• Manage the WMS implementation and related processes to assure an on time and successful conversion.
