Phase I – Setting Objectives
One of the reasons Progress Group projects are so successful is that we start every project the same way: by working closely with you to establish a clear and communicated understanding of objectives, priorities, resource needs and a reasonable schedule. This way, every member of the team is in sync on project scope and direction before strategic or tactical efforts are initiated. Without this critical kind of consensus among team members, few initiatives can deliver the intended results.

This step in the process can be performed either as a stand-alone deliverable or as the beginning stage of a full cycle implementation oriented engagement.

Phase II – Project-Level Evaluation

As deliverables, we will recommend and prioritize opportunities for accomplishing your business goals. We will review with you the approaches and direction of your internal teams and apply our knowledge of best practices to help you set aggressive and achievable goals aligned with your business.
